I found this "diamond in the rough" a couple weeks ago and I have been back there 3 times.
These folks do an amazing job!
The owners are welcoming and engaging, the wait staff is tremendous and the food is as good as any in Dallas County.
Jordan the master chef is a decorated brisket smoker and everything I have tasted out of that kitchen is awesome!
Take some friends, drive to Redfield and enjoy a great meal by professional restaurant folks. You wont be disappointed!July 11, 2016
